Clenbuterol Supplement

I was researching some other bodybuilding supplements and found about clenbuterol which looks to be really powerful if your looking to lose fat. Here is an article on clenbuterol

Like most bodybuilding drugs, Clenbuterol, or Clen, was first developed for legitimate medical use but has since gained a reputation as a great fat-loss drug. Contrary to popular belief it is not an anabolic steroid. It was originally manufactured to treat breathing problems brought on by asthma and other obstructions of the airway. In Europe it is still used in bronchodilators to make breathing easier for asthma sufferers, but has since been banned for human use in North America. It was also widely used in the cattle industry to promote gains in lean muscle tissue.

Clen falls into the same family of drugs as ephedrine. This means that it operates on beta-2 receptors by increasing the manufacture and secretion of a group of hormones called cathecholamines (i.e. epinephrine (adrenaline),norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and dopamine), which are secreted from the adrenal region. These hormones have numerous actions in the human body. For starters they seem to relax the contractile properties of smooth muscle. This is why drugs such as Clenbuterol are so effective in treating asthma and other breathing conditions. The lining of the bronchial tubes is heavily made up of smooth muscle.

For bodybuilders and other athletes, Clen’s fat-loss properties leading to increases in lean muscle are what make it such a popular drug. It does this in numerous manners. For starters Clen is a thermogenic drug. Thermogenisis is the process by which fat deposits become more readily burned as a fuel source when body temperature is elevated slightly.

Clen can also reverse the effects of insulin, which results in a release of glycogen back into the blood stream as glucose to be burned as an energy source.

Finally the drug also increases the rate of fat being burned in the body. It does this by speeding up the person’s overall metabolism causing an increase in the total number of calories being burned. The end result is more lean muscle.

When taken for its fat-loss properties, Clenbuterol, is best used in a pyramid scheme. This means slowly building up the dose over time. Given its effects on blood pressure it’s best to start with 20-40 µg per day and slowly work up to a maximum of 120-160 µg per day. Most bodybuilders find that 80 µg is the best compromise in terms of positive and negative effects. Its also best not to use the drug for extended periods of time. In fact because of receptor desensitizing, clen seems to only cause fat loss for three to four weeks. To get around this most bodybuilders go off the drug for two to three weeks and then begin another three to four week cycle.

Should I use Clenbuterol?

Given its short-term effects and risk of side effects, you may want to give Clen a pass for fat loss. There are viable options that are legal, safe and very effective. They are called legal steroid alternatives and bodybuilders are reporting that they are just as effective for burning fat and increasing lean muscle as Clen. But don’t take our word for it. Check them out for yourself.

Leukic

When it comes to gaining body mass, bodybuilding supplements are the most powerful weapons for in any natural muscle-developing program that you can use effectively which come in an array of options ranging from whey protein to glutamine and protein bars.

Most Professional trainers and fitness consultants agree protein is the staple supplement for bodybuilders and other athletes because of its wide number of benefits. In fact, whey protein is a complex ingredient made up of fat, minerals lactose and protein, which is its best component.

The protein in whey is made up or several smaller protein subfractions including bovine serum albumin (BSA), alpha-lactalbumin, glycomacropeptides, peptides, immunoglobulins (IgGs), Beta-lactoglobulin and other minor peptides such as lactoperoxidases, lysozyme and lactoferrin.

Furthermore, each of those protein subfractions found in whey has at the same time its own unique biological properties found recently because before modern filtering technology it was impossible, prohibitively and expensive doing it on a large scale for research purposes.

Creatine and Glutamine are basic for bodybuilding along with protein and perhaps some weight gainers depending on the body mass to work out, with additional benefits. Protein subfractions also prevent various diseases, improves immunity and overall health.

Protein powders have evolved from low protein to very high protein isolates required to building blocks of muscle.

There are other types of Leukic proteins such as casein protein, soy protein and egg protein but bodybuilders prefer whey, protein bars, protein powders, creatine and glutamine that generally can be purchased in different products according to each individual's requirements.

Trainers recommend the use of whey protein within the first 45 minutes after workouts to allow proper absorption of the protein, while creatine is an amino acid considered the fuel source for ATP, the energy system used by athletes for short bursts of power.

Leukic Pills

Creatine has two major benefits for bodybuilders, weightlifters, and athletes. First is solid muscular weight gain that comes easily and quickly. Secondly, there is a corresponding quick and easy gain in strength.

The solid weight gain associated with creatine intake is from a process called cell volumization. Creatine causes muscle cells to take in and maintain extra water. Most users report an initial muscular weight gain of about 10 to 12 pounds during the first two to three weeks of creatine usage. While this weight gain will slow down and stop at the end of this period, cycling creatine will keep gains coming month after month.

What does an overall bodyweight gain of 10 to 12 pounds of muscle resulting from creatine usage mean as far as measurements are concerned? This will be about a 1 inch increase in arm size, 1 to 2 inches in the chest, and about an inch and a quarter in the thighs! Great gains for less than a month of bodybuilding!

The gains in strength associated with creatine intake come from increased ATP production in the muscle cells. During the 2 to 3 weeks of weight gain a bodybuilder can expect to add around 30 to 40 pounds to their bench press maximum effort! Again, this increase in strength will level off and cease and cycling creatine intake seems to be the answer to keeping the strength gains coming.

Two less important benefits of creatine intake are quick recovery from hard workouts and accelerated fat metabolism.

Much of the quick recovery comes from the highly glycemic carbs which are taken with creatine to raise the insulin levels in the bloodstream. Insulin drives creatine and other muscle building nutrients into the muscle cells. Logically, the greater the insulin level that can be attained, the more creatine and other nutrients such as amino acids that can be driven into the cells. Quicker recovery times result.

The final benefit mentioned above associated with intake is an increase in fat metabolism. Although the mechanism is not clearly known, it appears that ATP helps the body burn fat. The higher level than normal in ATP production due to creatine intake results in higher levels of fat metabolism.

More later on side effects of creatine intake. Are there any, and are they to be taken seriously?

Creatine has become the most widely used bodybuilding supplement of all time because it works! A supplement that costs so little but delivers such incredible results!
